What?

At Ipswich museum we hold a wide range of animal collections, most of which are stored behind the scenes.

These include

Study skins British birds
bones of British and foreign animals
skulls of British and foreign animals
teeth of British and foreign animals.

Where?

The collection is held in the Natural History stores at the High Street Museum Ipswich and is available to researchers by appointment. Please contact Ann Ainsworth - Assistant Curator of Natural History for more information.
